Anthony "Tony" R. Liberato, 72, of Harleysville, passed away at home Wednesday, September 11, 2024 with his family close by.

Son of the late Ralph and Josephine Liberato, he was born August 2, 1952 in Philadelphia. He graduated from Central Bucks HS West in 1971 and then went on to Kutztown University.

Tony was the loving husband of the late Marlene Liberato for almost 36 years, having spent 38 years together.

One of Tony's passions was cooking, he retired as an Executive Chef after spending many years with Aramark. After retirement Tony enjoyed traveling, spending time with his family, and was always cooking for everyone. He thrived most when he could share his talented cooking and love for all things food with his family, friends and neighbors.

He is survived by his children, Michael Liberato (Michelle) of Sellersville, Brooke McCloskey (Rich) of Zebulon, NC and Jeanine Liberato of Telford, granddaughters, Danielle Bailey (Nathan), Sophia Liberato, and Grace Liberato, great-granddaughters, Alexa Bailey and Aubrey Bailey, a brother Nicholas Liberato (Sandy) and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service for Anthony will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, September 18, at the Williams-Bergey-Koffel Funeral Home, Inc., 667 Harleysville Pike, Telford, 18969, where a viewing will be held from 9:30 – 10:45 AM.   Interment will be in St. John Neumann Cemetery, Chalfont.
