Alyssa Rose Wiest, 25, of Conshohocken, PA, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 18, 2025. Alyssa was our beloved shining star—radiant, vibrant, and full of light. Her presence lit up every room she entered, and her absence leaves a deep ache in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
Alyssa lived with an open heart and an adventurous spirit. Her kindness knew no bounds, her laughter was contagious, and her gentle soul had a way of making everyone feel seen, heard, and cherished. She was a rare combination of brilliance, creativity, and compassion—a beautiful soul with so much promise and love to give.
She had an insatiable curiosity for the world and a deep love for traveling, always chasing the beauty in life's big and small moments. Whether she was listening to her favorite songs, creating something breathtaking with her paintbrush, or simply being present with loved ones, Alyssa found joy and purpose in every day. Her artistic gifts and thoughtful nature reflected the depth of her inner world, and her organizational talents were matched only by her grace and humility.
She loved her family and her friends fiercely. She had a way of making everyone around her feel important, seen, and loved. Her friendships ran deep, and her warmth and empathy made her a natural confidante, a shoulder to lean on, and a loyal companion.
Alyssa graduated from Pennridge High School, Class of 2018, and earned her bachelor's degree in Biological Science and Cellular and Molecular Science from the University of Delaware, Class of 2022. She was pursuing her passion in science as a microbiologist at GSK, where her intellect and drive made her a valued part of her team and an inspiration to her peers.
Though Alyssa's time on Earth was far too brief, her legacy of love, light, and laughter will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She touched countless lives with her kindness and strength. May we carry her memory forward by living as she did—with courage, compassion, and an unwavering zest for life.
