Allan John Flemming, age 93, of Souderton, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 17, 2023. He was the beloved husband of the late Lois Ella (Gower) Flemming, with whom he shared over 68 years of marriage.

Born June 29, 1930, in Allentown, he was a son of the late Clarence Alfred and Evelyn
Amanda (LeVan) Flemming.

Allan was a 40-year employee of Bell Telephone Company of PA/Bell Atlantic, where he held various positions until his retirement in 1988. He enjoyed making home improvements and traveling with his wife, family and friends. He also enjoyed playing and watching golf and was an avid Phillies and Eagles fan, a passion he shared with his son, Karl. He enjoyed backyard cookouts and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his children Joanne Patterson and her husband Richard of Drexel Hill, PA, Karl A. Flemming of Harleysville, PA; grandchildren Teresa Flemming of Glenolden, PA; Richard G. Patterson III of Astoria NY; nephews Edward Guy Gower and his wife Robyn of Harleysville, PA and David Gower and his wife Grace of Newnan, GA.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, November 30, 2023, at the Williams-Bergey-Koffel Funeral Home Inc., 667 Harleysville Pike, Telford, where the family will greet guests from 10:00 – 10:45 AM. Interment will be private.
