Alison Ann (Bergey) Heavener, 59, of Souderton, passed away on Saturday, May 28, 2022.
Born in Sellersville, she was a daughter of James and Carolyn Bergey. Alison was a graduate of Christopher Dock Mennonite High School, class of 1981. She had worked for 30 years at the family business A.W. Bergey & Sons Inc., Harleysville. Most recently, she had worked at Souderton Mennonite Homes, where she enjoyed taking care of the residents. She also had worked as an instructor at many local gyms.
Alison enjoyed jogging, biking, and taking care of her home and flowers. Most of all, Alison enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and family. One of the highlights of her summer was vacationing in Ocean City, MD with her family.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by two daughters, Brianna Nicole Heavener and Alyssa Brooke Heavener; and her companion of 15 years, Joe Parker. She is also survived by her siblings, Kim Jordan (Tom), Michele "Missy" Moyer (Randy), Jamie Bergey (Kris), and Micah Bergey (Terri); three grandchildren, Liam Konrad, Torunn Konrad and Kaleb Jones.
A memorial service will be held at 3:30 PM on Sunday, June 12, at Calvary Church (Heritage Hall), 820 Route 113, Souderton, 18964, please use steeple entrance. The family will receive friends from 1:30-3:15.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Alison's name to America's Keswick-Barbara's Place-Addiction Recovery Program for Women .
