Adeline Grace Moyer, age 4½, of Telford, PA, passed away at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia on Friday, March 3, 2023.

Born August 30, 2018, in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of D. Ryan and Abby P. (Miller) Moyer. She attended the Bucks County Intermediate Unit – Upper County Early Learning Center. Adeline was a Trisomy 9 Mosaic warrior. Her rare genetic disorder occurs at a rate of 1 in 31 million. She was also a warrior of Dandy Walker Malformation. She defied the odds and proved the doctors wrong again and again. Her life and story impacted the lives of so many people all over the world, many whom she never met. The family is so thankful for the doctors and nurses at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, particularly Dr. Annique Hogan of Compass Care, for always helping them advocate for their special girl.

Adeline attended Calvary Church of Souderton, PA. Her hobbies and interests included camping, all things Encanto, being outside, taking long walks, watching other children play at the park and interacting with them, swinging, lights, going to school to play with her friends and do her therapies, swimming, going to the beach, taking adventures, and ice cream.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother, Ethan Moyer; her maternal grandparents, Preston and Patsy (Kilgore) Miller of Perkasie, PA, her paternal grandfather, Donald A. Moyer of Red Hill, PA, and numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Donna (Derstine) Moyer; her cousins Angel Grace Zuck and Jennifer Frederick; her great grandparents and several great aunts and uncles.

Family will receive friends from 2-3:45 pm on Sunday, March 12, 2023, at Heritage Hall at Calvary Church, 820 Route 113, Souderton, PA 18964, where the public memorial service will then begin at 4:00 pm.
